Our story

Thirteen years of good answers, and nowhere good to keep them.

I've sold homes in northern Colorado for 13 years, and a lot of my clients are on the move. They're arriving from somewhere else, or they're leaving for somewhere new.

New arrivals ask me the same questions in their first month. Who do you use for a plumber? Is there a roofer who won't talk me into a new roof I don't need? They don't have a neighbor to ask yet. They have me, and I wanted a better way to give them that answer than a forwarded text or a screenshot of my contacts.

I tried spreadsheets. I tried my phone's contacts. Neither was ever as clean as I wanted, and the moment I found a great new electrician, every list I'd already handed out was out of date. There was no easy way to tell a client from two years ago, “I found someone better.”

Referrals had the same problem from the other direction. I'm a member of Agents of Excellence, a whole community of relationships with agents in other cities and states. But most referral tools only let you refer inside your own brand, and so many of the agents I trust work somewhere else. We needed a better way.

A quiet northern Colorado street after a light snow, with the foothills behind it

So we built the thing I kept wishing for.

Share My Circle is one place to send a client to an agent you trust, wherever they are and whoever they work for, and see every step after the handoff. And it's one list of the local pros you'd send your own family to, which stays current on every page you've ever shared.

We kept a few rules from day one. Nobody pays to rank higher. Pros never pay to be recommended. Your clients' details stay hidden until another agent says yes. And anything that reaches a client comes from you, not from us.

I've always loved how Disney creates an experience for its guests: every detail thought through, so you feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. That's the experience I want for my clients, from the first showing to the first time the water heater quits. Sending them to an agent I trust, and handing them pros I'd call myself, is how I get there.

It's the tool I wanted for a long time. I hope it saves you a few spreadsheets.
