How Share My Circle works
Two things live here: the agents you'd trust with a client, and the local pros you'd trust with a house. Here's how each one works.
01
Your circle
Your circle is the agents you'd hand a client to: the one in Tampa you met at a conference, the partner across town who takes your buyers when you're listing-heavy, the friend from your first office.
Add them by text or email invite, by scanning their business card, or by letting them scan your QR code at an event. Each one gets a private note and tags that only you see. Nobody else can see who's in your circle.
02
Sending a referral
Pick an agent and fill in the basics: buying or selling, the town, a price range and a timeline. Add the client's name and contact details, and a note if you like.
The other agent sees a summary first. Your client's name, phone and email stay locked until they accept, so a client's details never sit with someone who said no.
They have 48 hours to accept, or 12 if you mark it urgent. If they decline or the time runs out, it comes back to you: resend it or redirect it to someone else, and the history stays with the referral.
You can enter the fee percentage you offered for your own records. Share My Circle never sets, suggests or collects a fee.

03
Following it to the end
After accepting, the receiving agent moves the referral along: in contact, under contract, closed. Each change reaches you right away, and a comment thread keeps the back-and-forth in one place.
If a referral goes quiet for a month, the receiving agent gets a nudge. After it closes, you mark the fee paid. Your dashboard shows every referral you've sent and received, and what needs you today.
04
Finding an agent where you don't know anyone
Search any town to see the agents who serve it. Everyone in search has a license we've checked against state records. Agents who accept quickly and keep their referrals updated earn a Responds quickly badge, and they show first.
That's the only thing that moves an agent up. Nobody can pay for a better spot.

05
Your pros
Keep every plumber, roofer, inspector and handyman you trust in one list, grouped by trade and by the parts of your market they cover. Add one by hand in seconds, from a photo of their business card, or by having them scan your QR code.
Pros can claim a free profile and keep their own details current, so you're never sending a client an old phone number.
06
Home Teams for your clients
With Full Circle, send a client a page of your pros for their new area, with your name, your colors and a note on why you trust each one. They call, text or save a pro in one tap, and can print the whole page for the fridge.
The page keeps itself current as your list changes. You see when it's opened and which pros get a call, and you get a reminder on their home anniversary. Need just a roofer this week? Send a quick share of one or two instead.
Every text and email to a client comes from your own phone or email, never from us.
